coachero

Your coach. You're the hero.

A coach that reads your log, not a template.

Coachero keeps training, food, sleep and steps in one place — then does the part a tracker never does: it reads the whole picture back to you and says what to change this week.

Free to start. Installs from the browser — no app store required.

How it works

Log it fast. Get the thinking back.

Three things, in the order you actually do them.

01

Log in seconds

Photograph the plate, scan a barcode or a label, say it out loud, or tap one of your usuals. Sets and reps go in as you lift, with a rest timer running.

02

The coach reads everything

Training, food, body weight, measurements, sleep and steps are one dataset. Dozens of detectors watch it for plateaus, imbalance, protein timing, recovery and drift.

03

Act on what it finds

Specific calls in your own numbers — add 2.5 kg, 39 more pulling sets this month, go lighter Thursday — each one showing the data it was drawn from.

Features

Everything in one log

Nutrition apps can't see your training. Training apps can't see your food. Coachero's coaching only works because it sees both.

Five ways to log a meal

Photo, barcode, label scan, plain description or voice — and your usuals are one tap away. Everything comes back itemised and stays editable after it's logged.

Sessions that keep up with you

Set schemes with optional RPE, a rest timer that survives a reload, and your best-ever effort on each exercise as you lift. Personal records are detected, not claimed.

An energy budget that adds up

BMR, TDEE and today's logged burn shown as one budget with the arithmetic on display. Activity counts once — never twice through an activity multiplier.

Insights, not badges

Push/pull imbalance, stalled lifts, protein distribution, weekend eating, waist versus scale, sleep and readiness — each naming the sessions and days behind it.

Strength measured properly

Relative strength scored against your bodyweight, pace toward a target 1RM, and which lifts are improving, holding or fading over the last four weeks.

Progress that ignores noise

Weight moves on water and glycogen, so the trend is a median-slope fit rather than a line between your first and last reading — with an honest date for hitting your goal.

Sleep and steps feed the coaching

Not decoration: both drive the readiness score, the recovery insights and the weekly digest, and both log in two taps from the home screen.

Your data stays yours

Export everything you've logged whenever you want, and delete your account and its data from inside the app. Nothing is sold to anyone.

Installs from the browser

Add it to your home screen and it runs like an app, offline included. Sign in with Google or an emailed code — no password to forget.

Questions

Before you start

Is the AI making up my calorie numbers?

It estimates them, and it shows you what it estimated so you can correct it. Every item in a photo or label scan is editable before you log it, and every logged row stays editable afterwards. If an AI call fails, your row is still saved — the estimate fills in later rather than costing you the entry.

Do I have to log everything for it to be useful?

No. Each insight appears once there's enough of that particular signal to say something honest, and it tells you what it read — "drawn from 169 sessions over 28 days". The more you log, the more of them apply, but nothing is gated behind a perfect streak.

Is it on Google Play?

Coachero runs in the browser and installs to your home screen from there, so you can use it today on any phone. The Play listing is on the way; installing from the web gets you the same app.

What happens to my data?

It's stored so the app can show it back to you, and processed by our AI provider when you use an AI feature. We don't sell it. You can export everything from inside the app, and deleting your account removes it. Details in the privacy policy.

Is this medical or dietary advice?

No. Coachero is a fitness and nutrition tool, not a medical device or a clinician. Talk to a professional about anything medical, and treat every number here as an estimate to work with rather than a prescription.

Start with today's log

One meal and one session is enough for the coach to have something to say by the weekend.
